Skegness - An 11-year-old boy appeared in court yesterday charged with the rape of a 12-year-old girl. Magistrates in Skegness, Lincolnshire, granted him conditional bail to appear in court on March 14th. The boy is accused of raping the girl at an address in a Lincolnshire town last Saturday.
