DUBLIN: Roadworks for three new roundabouts on the Rathoath Road and Blanchardstown Road North. The first at Hollystown Cross, Ratoath Road junction with R121(Church Rd). Others at Dolly Heffernans and Kilshane Road junction. A stop-and-go system is in place on Blanchardstown Road North between 7.30 a.m. and 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Temporary lights, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Restrictions at Cruiserath Road/Ballycoolin Road in Blanchardstown, Monday to Saturday, 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. until next Saturday.

Roadworks on Feltrim Road, Swords, 8 a.m. and 6 p.m., Monday to Saturday. Traffic is one lane from Kinsealy Court Estate to Kettles Lane: delays, especially at peak times.

LUAS works in Church Street, Queen Street area; traffic is one lane on Queen Street, with long delays during morning rush hour, especially in Stoneybatter, Prussia Street and Manor Street.

The second West Link Bridge on the M50 is due to open in September. There are works linking the bridges and the M50 and there will be temporary traffic arrangements. A customer leaflet giving the timetable and arrangements is available at the West Link toll booths.

The Ordnance Road/Survey Road in Phoenix Park is closed for road drainage and resurfacing. Closure from Mountjoy junction to Knockmaroon junction. Closure times Monday to Saturday, 9.30 a.m. until 4.00 p.m. Diversions are clearly signposted and drivers are asked to stick to the diversion routes. Some motorists have passed the road diversion barriers but there is no through access on Ordnance Survey Road. The Adamstown Road in Lucan closed for essential roadworks, between the N4 to junction of Lucan Road/Leixlip Road at Courtney's Pub. Diversion signs have been erected.

Due to station enlargement works at Tara Street station, no trains will call at that station next Sunday, Friday April 18th, Saturday April 19th, Sunday April 20th or Monday April 21st. Trains will call as scheduled at both Pearse and Connolly stations, and passengers should use either of those stations. Customers for Number 90 bus service should travel to Connolly station.

KILKENNY: Roadworks on Castlecomer Road at the New Road Roundabout junction - the width of the Castlecomer Road at this junction will be restricted and care is needed.

CORK: The new Youghal bypass is open. It begins in Ballyhobart townland on west side of Youghal, turns north-east, passing north-west ofYoughal, crossing the Tourig river and the Tallow road to rejoin the N25 in Co Waterford at Rincrew on the east side of Youghal where it connects to approach road to Youghal Bridge. In Lehenaghmore- junction of the N27 is closed until April 22nd.

Eastbound traffic diverted to Pouladuff crossroads via Forge Hill to the N27 and south via N27. Westbound traffic diverted west via Forge Hill. Church St in the Blackpool area is closed for roadworks to facilitate the Shandon Renewal Scheme.

Pembroke Street and Crane Lane in the city are closed until at least mid-April for Cork main drainage works. Local diversions are in operation and no major delays are expected.
