UK developers look to Dublin for buyers

UK house builders are continuing to market their developments in Dublin. This weekend, developer Taylor Woodrow and its Dublin agents, Hamilton Osborne King, are staging an exhibition in the Westbury Hotel on Saturday, when they will be offering 51 apartments and penthouses for sale in Covent Garden. Prices start from £260,000. Over at Jurys Hotel in Ballsbridge on Saturday and Sunday, Knight Frank will be taking bookings for 32 apartments in Cheltenham, home of the Gold Cup racing. The units will be located in a Regency-style building.
