Two outlets leased by mobile phone retailer

Mobile telephone retailer Lets Talk Phones has leased two more outlets to cash in on the buoyant market. It will be paying a rent of £40,000 for 770 sq ft at the Frascati Centre, Blackrock, Co Dublin, and £26,000 for a unit of 440 sq ft at the Crescent Shopping Centre in Limerick.

Jones Lang LaSalle, which negotiated the lettings, has also acquired a unit of 446 sq ft for Picture and Mirror World at The Square in Tallaght. The rent is £34,500 per annum. Pedestrian traffic through the centre is now regularly approaching 300,000 per week according to the agents.
