Apartments overlooking the 18th hole of the new City West golf club in west Dublin go on sale off plans this Saturday, priced from £200,000 for a 900 sq ft two-bed unit, to £500,000-plus for four-bedroom duplexes of up to 2,350 sq ft. Tassagard Greens is the first Mulbury Developments venture, although one of the partners was responsible for the construction of the nearby City West Hotel. The new apartments are on the doorstep of City West Business Park, about nine miles from the city centre alongside the Naas dual-carriageway.

The entire 84 apartments will be offered in this initial launch. A site map, plans and a model will be on view from 12 noon to 3 p.m. on Saturday next in the health centre at the City West Hotel, where agent Keane Mahony Smith will be taking bookings. The scheme will be officially launched by former champion golfer Christy O'Connor tomorrow.

The apartments are distributed among three turretted four and five-storey blocks, which will be curved around a central courtyard. Plans detail a high standard of specification, with solid timber kitchens fully-fitted with electrical equipment, standard marble tiling in kitchens and bathrooms and marble fireplaces.

Exteriors are of stone and redbrick, with a variety of turrets and glass-fronted duplex features. Apartments in the turrets will have large bay windows following the curve of the wall, while others will have sun balconies.

All of the apartments vary in layout according to their position on the block. Top floor duplex units come with either three bedrooms and study, or four bedrooms and are priced from £395,000 to £500,000-plus. These are particularly spacious, with 1,704 to 2,350 sq ft of living space.

Equally large three-bedroom apartments from 1,850 sq ft to 2,300 sq ft cost from £300,000. Units with two bedrooms and over 1,300 sq ft of accommodation are priced from £290,000. The smallest two-bedroom apartments on the ground floor are from 900 sq ft to 1,000 sq ft and cost from £200,000.

Landscaping at Tassagard Greens will be in keeping with the golf course setting. Two car-parking spaces will be allocated per apartment.
