A five-bedroom house, Claygate on Shanganagh Terrace, Killiney, was withdrawn by Jackson-Stops, which is quoting in the region of £750,000 (€952,303).

Lisney is seeking £262,500 (€333,306) for 58 Patrick Street in D·Laoghaire, a three-bedroom Victorian house, following its withdrawal from auction.

Gunne Residential has sold 106 Upper Trees Road in Mount Merrion, a three-bedroom semi-detached house, by private treaty for over £380,000 (€482,500).

In Shankill, a three-bedroom house at 1 Aubrey Park was withdrawn by Lisney, which is quoting £315,000 (€399,967).

In Dublin 6, a three-bedroom semi-detached house at 43 Ramleh Park in Milltown, was withdrawn at £280,000 (€355,526) and sold later for a higher figure through HOK Residential.

In Donnybrook, Dublin 4, a three-bedroom period terraced house at 26 Victoria Road, was sold by private treaty for over £365,000 (€463,454) by Sherry FitzGerald.

A refurbished four-bedroom semi-detached house at 5 Highfield Park in Dundrum, Dublin 14, was sold by private treaty for over £405,000 (€514,243) according to Douglas Newman Good.

Provincial

A 200-acre non-residential farm at Coppenagh, Thomastown, Co Kilkenny was sold at auction for a total of £757,000 (€961,191) through Walter Walsh.

In Co Waterford, Lands End, a six/seven-bedroom period house in Dungarvan was sold at auction for £670,000 (€957,065) by joint agents, Ganly Walters and Edmond Spratt Property Partners.

A four-bedroom bungalow, The Haven at Link Road, Brownshill, Carlow, was withdrawn by Patrick Dawson which is seeking £200,000 (€285,691).

In Co Kildare, a four-bedroom house on 1.4 acres at Prosperous, was sold under the hammer for £330,000 (€419,013) through Sherry FitzGerald-Reilly.

A three-bedroom farmhouse on 56 acres at Cadamstown, Moyvalley, was withdrawn at £470,000 (€596,776) by Raymond Potterton, which is seeking £500,000 (€634,869).

In Co Meath, a 65-acre non-residential farm at Foxbrook, Trim, was sold at auction for £375,000 (€476,151) by Raymond Potterton.

The same agent sold a 31-acre non-residential farm at Lisclogher, Delvin, at £210,000 (€266,645).

Again in Co Meath, a seven-acre holding at Gallow, Summerhill, was withdrawn by Carey Auctioneers which is seeking £70,000 (€88,881).

Commercial

A Residential/commercial property at 7 Woodbine Park, Blackrock, was withdrawn at £500,000 (€634,869) and sold later for a higher figure through joint agents, Ganly Walters and Frank O'Donnell.

A supermarket property, O'Reilly's in Ballyjamesduff, Co Cavan, was withdrawn by Padraig Smith.
