Sold: a lodge in Wicklow

Cedar Lodge, a Victorian four-bedroom house that for many years was the rectory for Enniskerry, Co Wicklow, has been sold by joint agents Colliers and Gordon Lennox. The property, on around 0.4 of an acre, was put on the market last autumn at €750,000 and sold in recent weeks for a figure thought to be over €650,000.
