HAMILTON Osborne King is quoting a rent of £12 per square foot for a new showrooms and office building under construction at the junction of East Wall and Alfie Byrne Road, which forms part of the link road to East Point Business Park and Clontarf. Paul McNeive of the letting agents says the ground floor showroom of 10,396 square feet would make an ideal car showrooms or office and retail or wholesale space. There are 10,444 square feet of office space on the first floor. The accommodation on the second floor has already been let.

The same agency also reports that EuroDollar Rent-A-Car has leased a unit of 7,000 square feet at the Airport Business Park, near Dublin Airport. Only one remaining unit, also with 7,000 square feet of space, remains available at a rent of £6 per square foot.
