Location: South Bank Rd, Ringsend, D4, bounded by Sean Moore Pk on the south-west, the former Irish Glass Bottle Co lands to the north-west and Sandymount Strand to the south-east. Proposed development: Permission for a mixed scheme on 4.9-hectare site to consist of 16 blocks comprising 93,114 sq m (1,002,270 sq ft) of floor area and 24,700 sq m (265,868 sq ft)of basement car-parking in five mixed-use blocks, five residential blocks, five office blocks and one retail pavilion. The development will consist of 783 apartments (82 three-beds, 505 two-beds, 196 one-beds), 21,804 sq m (234,696 sq ft) of office space, 2,602 sq m (28,008 sq ft) of retail space and 1,353 sq m (14,563 sq ft) of other uses (crèche, bar and restaurant). DECISION TO GRANT

Location: Old Wesley RFC & Leinster Branch IRFU, Donnybrook Rd, D4. Proposed development: Demolition of obsolete buildings within site and the construction of a new three-storey over semi-basement premises. The new building to comprise changing and training facilities shared by both parties, hospitality/entertainment suite for Leinster Branch, offices for Leinster Branch and Old Wesley RFC, multi-purpose function facilities for use by Old Wesley members and guests for social and entertainment purposes, new terraces and seating to pitch, and new link staircase between the new and existing building. Location: Leinster Branch IRFU Rugby Grounds, Donnybrook Rd, Donnybrook, D4. Proposed development: A seven-year permission for development for a mixed-use redevelopment to consist of the demolition of Bective Rangers Football and Bective Lawn Tennis Clubhouse and the main viewing stand. The development will also consist of the provision of 10,042 sq m (108,091 sq ft) of residential accommodation comprising 111 apartments distributed between eight blocks arranged on three sites. The development will also consist of a new three-storey clubhouse on site 4, including a gymnasium, ancillary offices, function rooms, kitchens, bars and the provision of ancillary toilets, staff and storage areas. A television/media press box will be located in the proposed clubhouse for the purpose of providing media coverage of games. Construct a new main viewing stand, the provision of two entrance stiles from Donnybrook Rd onto the site, additional concrete terracing on the north-west, north-east and south-east sides of the main rugby pitch, the provision of four tennis courts, a half practice court and associated lighting.
