SOUTH DUBLIN

Proposed development: demolish two houses and outbuildings for 25 dwellings in two blocks (A & B) with 10 two-bed apartments and 15 three-bed terraced houses. FINGAL

Location: site of 0.9 hectares generally bounded by Bridge Street/AIB Bank/George's Square, Vauxhall Street, The Mill Walk and the rear boundary of dwellings facing Clonard Street/car-park and including a separate triangle-shaped parcel of land bounded by Vauxhall Street, 5/5a Dublin Street and Dublin Street, Balbriggan, Co Dublin. Proposed development: building from three to 10 storeys over double basement with 41 retail/commercial units around internal mall on lower and upper ground floor level to accommodate shops, cafés/restaurant, financial services and other non-retail services. DUBLIN CITY COUNCIL
