FINGAL

DECISION TO GRANT

Location: Former Phoenix Park Racecourse, Ashtown, Dublin 15. Proposed development: Revisions/modifications to development permitted under Reg. Ref. F02A/1255 PL 06F.202469. Revisions/modifications relate to approx 1.5 hectares (3.7 acres), immediately south of the N3 Dublin-Navan Road from which it takes access; bounded to the east by Arnott House on Ashtown crossroads and to the south and west by the proposed access road. Location: Richmond Service Station, Richmond Road, Dublin 3. DÚN LAOGHAIRE-RATHDOWN

Location: Eaton Brae House, Eaton Brae, Shankill, Co Dublin. Proposed development: Construct two separate terraced housing blocks, both two storeys high to comprise seven three-bedroom units and 17 two-bedroom units with 40 car-parking spaces.
