Location: site bounded by North Wall Quay, New Wapping Street, Mayor Street and Castleforbes Street, Dublin 1. Location: 10 and 11 Belvedere Court, Dublin 1. Proposed development: demolish buildings for 12 apartments comprising two one-beds, nine two-beds and one three-bed in a three-storey block with five car-parking spaces and associated site works. Applicant: Donal Ennis.

DECISION TO GRANT

Location: Hickey's Fabrics and includes Parkgate House (43 Parkgate Street), site principally bounded by Parkgate Street to the north, River Liffey to the south and is at junction of Sean Heuston Bridge and Parkgate Street, Dublin 8. Proposed development: residential and commercial development to include offices, retail, restaurant and crèche. The development includes the relocation, refurbishment and repair of a stone archway (protected structure) from its position on Parkgate Street to a location south-west of its position within the site. FINGAL

Applications

Location: lands to the east of Kinsealy Lane, Malahide, Co Dublin. Proposed development: 90 residential (11 single storey detached houses and 79 two-storey houses). Location: site formerly part of St Joseph's Hospital, Clonsilla, Dublin 15, bounded generally by the Hansfield Road to the east, retained St Joseph's Hospital to the north, to the west by the townland of Barberstown and to the south by the Royal Canal Corridor.
