DECISION TO GRANT

Location: Hickey's Fabrics and includes Parkgate House (43 Parkgate Street), site principally bounded by Parkgate Street to the north, River Liffey to the south and is at junction of Sean Heuston Bridge and Parkgate Street, Dublin 8. Proposed development: residential and commercial development to include offices, retail, restaurant and crèche. Applications

Location: lands to the east of Kinsealy Lane, Malahide, Co Dublin. Proposed development: 90 residential (11 single storey detached houses and 79 two-storey houses).
