DECISION TO GRANT

Location: lands zoned residential, north and north-west, Cappagh Road, Finglas, Dublin 11. Proposed development: 351 residential units, local centre and crèche. Residential element consists of 255 houses (99 two-bed mid-terrace houses, 75 three-bed end-terrace houses, 12 three-bed mid-terrace houses, 65 three-bed semis and four four-bed semis). The duplexes comprise 16 two-beds in six three-storey blocks. The 80 apartments will consist of 18 one-bed units and 62 two-bed units. The two-storey local centre and crèche are in the southern corner of the site at Cappagh Road.
