Location: Santry Demesne, Santry, D9. DECISION TO GRANT

Location: Skerries Rd, Rush, Co Dublin. Proposed development: Construct 129 residential units comprising 101 two-storey two, three and four-bed townhouses, 28 two-bed apartments, two and three-bed duplexes in block one ranging in height from two to three storeys. Surface car-parking for 248 cars and associated site development works. Applicant: Granway Ltd.

Location: Fruitfarm, Kilsallaghan, Co Dublin. Proposed development: Construction of an integrated tourism and recreation complex comprising a 106-bed hotel to include a bar, diningroom, function room, conference rooms. Erect a leisure centre including swimming pool, gymnasium and crèche, a golf clubhouse and pro shop, 46 courtyard-style holiday cottages, a golf maintenance building, a bowling green, an 18-hole golf course, a leisure walking trail. SOUTH DUBLIN

Location: Site and grounds to the rear of the Gondola Public House, Newcastle, Co Dublin. Proposed development: Erect a three-storey public house/restaurant and ancillary uses to include car-parking to the rear, a three-storey retail commercial building of 1,150 sq m (12,378 sq ft) at the junction of the Main St and a new access road, and erect a four-storey 72-bed hotel with commercial leisure, bar/dining and ancillary uses on ground floor. Demolition of the Goldola Public House and ancillary buildings. Applicant: Menolly Homes Ltd.

DECISION TO GRANT

Location: Lands adjacent to the eastern side of the Green Isle Hotel accessed from the Boot Rd, D22 and flanked by the N7 to the south. Proposed development: Residential and community crèche development. Demolish dwelling and construct a four-storey block with nine one-bed units, 25 two-bed units and seven three-bed units. A single storey community crèche and associated external play areas. Provision for 68 car-parking spaces, external landscaping, boundary walls and associated site works. Location: Ballynakelly, Newcastle, Co Dublin. Proposed development: Erect 20 units consisting of one three-bed dormer bungalow, 12 two-storey three-bed dwellings in three blocks of four, seven two-storey four-bed dwellings in two blocks and associated site works. Applicant: V Buggy.

DÚN LAOGHAIRE-RATHDOWN

Location: Stillorgan Bowl Leisureplex, 62-79 St Laurence's Pk and Stillorgan Public Library and adjoining council-owned land, Stillorgan, Co Dublin. Proposed development: Demolish all structures on site and erect a mixed-use scheme with 314 residential units (82 one-beds, 199 two-beds and 33 three-beds) and 40 social housing units and eight live/work units, retail units, offices, leisure/recreational facilities, a crèche, new public library and ancillary car-parking with associated landscaping and site works. Development will consist of 40,349 sq m (434,313 sq ft) gross floor area in 15 mixed-use blocks. The development includes 528 car-parking spaces. Applicant: Stillorgan Enterprises Ltd.

Location: Clontra, Quinn's Rd, Shankill, D18. Proposed development: Demolish house and construct 299 two-bed and 84 three-bed apartments in four blocks of six to nine storeys, a single storey crèche and security office, four utility buildings and 380 car-parking spaces. Site contains trees listed for protection and adjoins the curtilage of Clontra House and Gate Lodge (protected structures). Applicant: Clontra Partnership.

Location: 17 Waltham Terrace, Blackrock, Co Dublin (protected structure). Proposed development: Partial demolition of rear and side walls of dwelling and construct a two-storey extension and ancillary works comprising extension to kitchen and pantry, construction of a family room and study, alter existing staircase and extension of bedroom and en-suite, construction of bedroom and en suite, installation of roof lights and moving of external walls. DECISION TO GRANT

Location: Bullock Martello Tower (Tower 10), Bartra Rock, Harbour Rd, Dalkey, Co Dublin. Proposed development: Conservation and repair of the Martello Tower (protected structure) for residential use and the construction of a separate single storey residence adjacent to the tower, including a lightweight stair and bridge enclosure linked to the tower at first floor entrance level. Location: 20-24 Monkstown Farm, Co Dublin. Proposed development: Demolish buildings and ancillary structures at rear and construct a two/three-storey mixed development block of four shops/retail units, nine apartments and 13 car-parking spaces. Applicant: George and Teresa Rogerson.

DECISION TO REFUSE

Location: Parc na silla Ave, Loughlinstown, Co Dublin. Proposed development: Demolition of house and development of 67 apartments with balconies/roof terraces comprising 22 one-beds, 44 two-beds and one three-bed in a three/four-storey block and six three-bed semis. Twenty-two proposed surface car-parking spaces, 62 underground car-parking spaces and 74 surface cycle spaces. Applicant: Gerard Melican.

DUBLIN CITY COUNCIL

Location: Vault 3, Old Harcourt St Station, Hatch St/Harcourt St, D2. Proposed development: Retention sought for ladies toilets and fire escape route at ground level; mens toilets and store at mezzanine level in vault 3. Applicant: John Reynolds POD/Redbox.

Location: 34 Ushers Quay, D8. Proposed development: Construct a six-storey including penthouse and part five-storey together with roof garden mixed-use development comprising three self-contained office units, eight two-bed apartments and site works. Applicant: Patrick Donnelly.

Location: 169 Drumcondra Rd Lwr, Drumcondra, D9. Proposed development: Demolish buildings on site and construct a six-storey apartment block around a podium level courtyard and a riverside walk. The building will consist of seven retail/commercial units at ground floor level, and three one-bed, 21 two-bed and one three-bed apartments over an underground car-park with ancillary services and access from Cian Pk. Location: 274 North Circular Rd, D7. Proposed development: Demolish house, relocation/rebuilding of gate lodge to remain at the site entrance and erect a residential development of 171 units (one-bed gate lodge, six three-bed terraced houses, two four-bed duplexes, 37 one-bed apartments, 116 two-bed apartments and nine three-bed apartments). DECISION TO GRANT

Location: 32-40 Benburb St, D7. Proposed development: Demolish storage buildings and construct an apartment building in three wings consisting of four-to-six storeys including set-back penthouse, an eight-storey slender tower feature on axis to Ellis St and seven storeys, including set penthouse, and to provide 166 residential units, a commercial/retail premises and crèche facility at ground floor level and 130 car-parking spaces and 166 bicycle-parking spaces.
