Location: Skerries Rd, Rush, Co Dublin. Location: Fruitfarm, Kilsallaghan, Co Dublin. SOUTH DUBLIN

Location: Site and grounds to the rear of the Gondola Public House, Newcastle, Co Dublin. Proposed development: Erect a three-storey public house/restaurant and ancillary uses to include car-parking to the rear, a three-storey retail commercial building of 1,150 sq m (12,378 sq ft) at the junction of the Main St and a new access road, and erect a four-storey 72-bed hotel with commercial leisure, bar/dining and ancillary uses on ground floor. DECISION TO GRANT

Location: Lands adjacent to the eastern side of the Green Isle Hotel accessed from the Boot Rd, D22 and flanked by the N7 to the south. Proposed development: Residential and community crèche development. Demolish dwelling and construct a four-storey block with nine one-bed units, 25 two-bed units and seven three-bed units. DÚN LAOGHAIRE-RATHDOWN

Location: Stillorgan Bowl Leisureplex, 62-79 St Laurence's Pk and Stillorgan Public Library and adjoining council-owned land, Stillorgan, Co Dublin. Proposed development: Demolish all structures on site and erect a mixed-use scheme with 314 residential units (82 one-beds, 199 two-beds and 33 three-beds) and 40 social housing units and eight live/work units, retail units, offices, leisure/recreational facilities, a crèche, new public library and ancillary car-parking with associated landscaping and site works. Proposed development: Demolish house and construct 299 two-bed and 84 three-bed apartments in four blocks of six to nine storeys, a single storey crèche and security office, four utility buildings and 380 car-parking spaces.
