Percy Place own-door offices may fetch over £500,000

McNally Handy expects to secure over £500,000 for an own-door office building at 4 Percy Place, Dublin 4, which goes to auction on June 29th. The two-storey building has 900 sq ft and two off-street car-parking spaces. It was originally built as a private home and has been in office use for over a decade.
