Gunne New Homes has appointed Owen Reilly as director, bringing to six the company board membership.

Owen Reilly joined Gunne New Homes in January 2005 having previously worked as part of the Gunne Group in their second-hand homes sales division four seven years. Prior to that he worked with T & J Gavigan Auctioneers in Co Meath and Winkworth Estate Agents in London.

Also in Gunne New Homes, Niall McHenry has been appointed director at Gunne New Homes Overseas. He set up the Gunne New Homes Overseas Division in 2004 and has considerable international experience having spent five years working in the US and France. He also worked for a number of years with Gunne Residential in their Ballsbridge and Lucan branches.

Meanwhile, Olivia Sheridan has been appointed associate director at Gunne New Homes. She joined Gunne Lettings in 1999 before making the move to the new homes division in 2000 where she worked in sales, showhomes and accounts before becoming sales support manager, running the administration team based in Lucan.

In south Dublin, Orla Fenelon has joined the Blackrock branch of Savills HOK as a senior negotiator. She has over eight years of experience in the residential sector in north Wicklow and south Dublin, and has worked with Gunne in Bray and prior to that with Douglas Newman Good in its Dún Laoghaire and Bray branches.
