THE Office of Public Works is to take over the 3,500 square feet of office space being vacated by the EU Commission's veterinary service at Phoenix House, 6/9 South Leinster Street. The service is moving to the 21,000-square-foot Trident House, Blackrock, Co Dublin. The accommodation, which was refurbished a year ago, is to be occupied by the All Party Constitutional Review Committee. The space, and parking for four cars, are held on a three-year lease from August, 1996, at a rent of £43,000 per annum. The next rent review is due in June, 1998, and the tenant has an option to extend the lease on a quarterly basis after that. The building is owned by Friends Provident.
