Number 11 Riverside Drive, a five-bedroom detached property, is owned by Paul Mason of Paul Mason Construction who built nearby Crannagh Way, a small development of split-level detached homes.

The new build was constructed in 2008 on the site of an old bungalow and is well finished throughout. The ground floor is mostly open plan with a good-sized stone floored hall off which there is a bright home office and interconnecting reception rooms.

The living room is to the front of the house and has a French-style stone fireplace from Buckley’s Fireplaces. Fold-back oak doors lead through to the dining room. Both rooms have walnut flooring.
