A redevelopment opportunity has arisen in Naas, Co Kildare, where Colm McEvoy is to auction Flanagan's grocery store on a sixth of an acre at Monread Road. The agents are quoting a guide price of £1 million for the property and it could be further developed as a convenience store or mini-market. The sale includes an adjoining detached house with a floor area of 2,000 sq ft.
