Tudor Hall was the third house on The Hill, Monkstown to be offered for sale this year. The first two - both solid Victorian semi-detached houses - sold for around £2 million each in the spring. Tudor Hall, however, was withdrawn from auction in September and is still on the market at £2.5 million through Lisney.

One of two distinctive Gothic-style houses built in the 1830s, Tudor Hall has 5,000 sq ft of living space and is in walk in condition.
