A one-acre commercial site with a seven-day drink licence at Main Street, Letterkenny, Co Donegal, has been sold by tender for around £1.75 million through joint agents Hamilton Osborne King and Dermot Rainey. The new owner, who is a local developer, is expected to use the site for a bar and retail development. The sellers expect to secure around £200,000 for another seven-day licence.
