French investment: Apartments in the south of France near Monaco have been launched by Gunne Overseas costing from €150,000 up to €1.8 million.

Thirty-five apartments are available in the Villa Cap Martin in Roquebrune-Cap-Martin, about half-an-hour from Nice airport and near Monaco.

All the apartments have sea views, many have very large terraces and all are high spec, according to the agent.

The apartments range from 20sq m (215sq ft) studios with a 15sq m (161sq ft) terrace for €150,000 to 22sq m (236sq ft) studios with a 10sq m (107sq ft) terrace for €225,000.

One-bedroom apartments cost €230,000 for 35sq m (376sq ft) units with 25sq m (269sq ft) terraces up to €395,000 for 46sq m (495sq ft) units with 13sq m (140sq ft) terraces.

There are two-bedroom units from €410,00 to €475,000 - the cheapest 52sq m (559sq ft) unit has an 8sq m (86sq ft) terrace, the dearest a 21sq m (226sq ft) terrace.

Top floor three-bedroom units cost from €925,000 for a 90sq m (969sq ft) units with a 38sq m (409sq ft) terrace up to €1.8 million for a 162sq m (1,743sq ft) unit with a 60sq m (645sq ft) terrace.

Car parking spaces will cost from €15,000 to €30,000 (for outside or underground spaces). The units are expected to be completed towards the end of 2008.
