ONE of the most spectacular new office buildings in Brussels Le Froissart, has been leased by the Irish permanent representatives to the EU. The 30,000-square-foot building has33 car-parking spaces and has been let on a nine-year lease. Roderick Downer of Colliers Jackson-Stops said the rent of £18.50 per square foot was one of the highest achieved in Brussels. The eight-storey building, which should comfortably accommodate a staff of at least 150, is located close to the building occupied by the Council of Ministers.
