Property group Dunloe Ewart plc has agreed to sell Westside Shopping Centre, in Galway, to a group of local investors for around £2 million. The 17-year-old centre is producing a rent roll of £160,000. Dunnes Stores owns the freehold interest in the 40,000 sq ft anchor store. The complex stands on a four-acre site at Quirke Road. Dunloe Ewart was advised by Terry Cunningham of Cunningham Auctioneers. Colm O'Donnellan of O'Donnellan & Joyce advised the purchasers.
