DOCKLANDS: FROM €189,000:Prices have been reduced by up to €150,000 in some of the 15 remaining apartments at Crosbies Yard, a scheme by Harry Crosbie, beside Spencer Dock in Dublin 1.

Designed by Scott Tallon Walker, it's a well thought out scheme, primarily aimed at first-time buyers. Prices for one-bed duplexes start at €189,000; two-bedroom units are from €239,000 while three-beds cost from €355,000. Main features include fitted Pod kitchens, electrical appliances, fitted wardrobes in all bedrooms and balconies in most units. RATHDRUM: FROM €260,000: Prices have been cut for nine remaining homes for sale at The Woods, a scheme of 64 homes on the outskirts of Rathdrum village. Three-bedroom houses with 103sq m (1,108sq ft) are now €260,000, down from €370,000. Spacious four-bedroom detached houses of around 123sq m (1,321sq ft) are €295,000, down from €450,000. The development is set on an elevated site overlooking the Avonmore river, a short walk from the centre of the village which has good convenience stores and several pubs.
