From €310,000 for homes in D9 demesneA new phase of 20 apartments is being released at the €150 million Carrington development in Northwood, Santry, Dublin 9.
Built by P Elliott & Co, prices haven't changed since the first phase was launched off the plans a year ago. One-bed 54sq m (580sq ft) apartments are priced from €310,000, two-beds of 68-74sq m (730-795sq ft) are from €360,00 and three-bed penthouse apartments of 91-119sq m (975-1,128sq ft) are from €490,000.
Carrington is part of Northwood, a development of 360 apartments set in the scenic woodland of Santry Demesne. It is partly enclosed by maple and sycamore trees and is close to a fountain on the lake.
The entrance to the development is on the Swords Road and amenities in the grounds of the demesne include the Crown Plaza Hotel, Mandalay Chinese restaurant and Northwood Fitness Centre owned by Ben Dunne. The selling agent says the majority of apartments have views of the park, restored walled garden or the trinity fields.
All apartments come with kitchen appliances as standard, including a dishwasher, fridge freezer, washer/dryer, oven and hob. Other standard features include granite worktops, high quality fitted wardrobes and balconies to all apartments.
Clonee village apartments from €;265,000
A new phase of 20 apartments is being launched at Ard Cluain in Clonee village, Co Meath this weekend with prices from €265,000. Hooke & MacDonald is quoting prices from €265,000 for one-bed 46.8--60sq m (500-645sq ft) apartments; €310,000 for two-bed 64-80sq m (685-860sq ft) apartments; and €370,000 for 94sq m (1,010sq ft) three-beds. Prices have remained static since the development was launched in June.
Built by Beech Tree Properties, Ard Cluain is a development of 71 apartments accessed off Clonee Main Street via Old Kilbride Road. To the rear it is bounded by Clonee Tennis Club.
Ard Cluain is laid out around two courtyards. There are generous landscaped recreational open spaces surrounding the apartments. At ground floor level there are four retail units and a restaurant. The apartments are on the first to fourth floors, and two landscaped courtyards are on the first floor podium built over the car-park.
Apartments from €270,000 near town centre
Hooke & MacDonald is launching a further 20 apartments at Station Point in Clongriffin, Dublin 13.
Located off Grange Road between Baldoyle and the Malahide Road, prices at Station Point are the same as when the development was first launched from the plans in June.
Built by Barina Construction, the agent is quoting prices from €270,000 for one-bed 55-60sq m (590-645sq ft ) units; €290,000 for one-bed 59-67sq m (635-720sq ft) plus study apartments; and two-bed 66-97sq m (710-1,040sq ft) apartments start at €310,000.
Three-beds of 93sq m (1,000sq ft) are from €355,000; and two-bed plus study duplexes of 105-116sq m (1,130-1,245sq ft) start at €380,000.
The development is at Main Street, Clongriffin, just off Hole in the Wall Road close to Father Collins Park, which is undergoing an upgrade. The first phase had around 80 apartments in two five-storey blocks overlooking a large landscaped courtyard-style garden,
As well as the existing amenities at Clongriffin, there will be a range of new facilities, including a town centre supermarket, department store, park and ride for 400 cars, a multi-screen cinema, hotel, restaurants , bars, cafés, crèche, shops and a pharmacy. Conroy Crowe Kelly architects has designed a public area, incorporating a town centre, with a square lined by cafés and restaurants.
