Conal Harvey, who has handled the restructuring and development of the IDA's property portfolio over the past four years, has joined Harcourt Developments Ltd as director of operations. Harcourt has extensive property interests in Ireland, the UK and the Caribbean and has developed one of the largest business parks in the country, Park West in Dublin.
