Iceland opens store in Ballyfermot

UK food retailer Iceland Frozen Foods has opened a new outlet at LeFanu Road, Ballyfermot, Dublin 10. The company paid close to £650,000 for the 10,000-square-foot store which was sold by the McGrath group. Iceland is also due to open shortly at the former Atlantic Homecare store in Dun Laoghaire. Hamilton Osborne King acted for the McGrath group and Mason Owen Lyons were agents for Iceland.
