Hewson sells Tosca leasehold to work on his Nude business

Businessman Norman Hewson, brother of U2 singer Bono, is to sell the leasehold interest in his Tosca restaurant on Suffolk Street, Dublin 2, to concentrate on his newly opened Nude restaurant business. Nigel Kingston of Douglas Newman Good expects to secure in the region of £400,000 for the premises which has almost 1,800 sq ft on the ground floor and 830 sq ft in the basement. It is rented at £42,500 per annum.
