SALESRESULTS:LENNOX ESTATES has fetched over €3 million for a large period house at The Burnaby in Greystones. Glenflesk on Whitshed Road, a five-bedroom house, had been for sale by private treaty asking €3.25 million.

Also in Greystones, the same agent fetched over €1 million after five-way private bidding on a house in need of refurbishment at 1 Clifton Terrace. The semi-detached double fronted period house on the seafront comes with a detached mews. The entire is in need of renovation.

In country sales, Knight Frank has sold Kilcolman Rectory, Enniskeane, Co Cork, a Georgian house on 3.5 acres with three cottages. The asking price was €2.2m.

Elsewhere, the same agent has sold Cloggy House, Ballinagh, Co Cavan, an interesting Victorian house and mill buildings on 1.5 acres. The asking price was €625,000.
