Green Property will shortly capitalise on the success of Blanchardstown Town Centre when it completes letting in the second phase of its retail park. An additional 180,000 sq ft retail warehousing is under construction and the first units are due to be handed over for fitting out next month. It is understood that UK furniture multiple Courts has agreed terms to take 30,000 sq ft in the centre. Other traders planning to move in include Atlantic Homecare, which is taking 45,000 sq ft; Clerys furnishings (15,000 sq ft); and Tully Tiles (10,000 sq ft). Variety World Lighting, Time Computers and Crafts and Hobby are each taking 5,000 sq ft. Most of the tenants are believed to be paying £15 per sq ft. Over 1,300 car-parking spaces are being provided alongside the extension to the retail park. Douglas Newman Commercial acted for Atlantic Homecare and Clerys.
