Four in intense bid for site on two acres in Greystones

There was intense competition last week for a two-acre commercial site in Greystones, Co Wicklow, which made £1.8m at an auction conducted by Jackson-Stops McCabe and Lisney. There were four bidders for the site, which is likely to be used for a commercial development.
