In Donnybrook, a four bedroom detached house on one-third of an acre, Cherry Grove, on Greenfield Crescent, was withdrawn by Daphne L. Kaye & Associates and sold later for a price believed to be over £1.2 million. The garden backs on to the grounds of the UCD campus at Belfield. Nearby at 13 Greenfield Park, a four-bedroom detached house was sold at a Hamilton Osborne King auction yesterday for £710,000.
The house next door, Number 15, a detached four-bedroom property with very good gardens, fetched £1.45 million through Lisney. It stands on the corner of Greenfield Crescent and has side access to a large garage,
Elsewhere in Dublin 4, Lisney fetched about £1.3 million after auction for a substantial Victorian redbrick at 41 Northumberland Road.
Joint agents Lisney and Corry McMahon achieved a strong price of £560,000 for 15 Carlisle Avenue, off Marlborough Road, a period house in a quiet cul-de-sac. Meanwhile, 36 Home Villas, Donnybrook, a two-bedroom terraced house, was withdrawn at £210,000 by Douglas Newman Good, which is quoting £220,000.
In Ballsbridge, a mid-terrace period house, at 11 Raglan Road was sold at auction for £860,000 through Lisney. A detached three-bedroom mews house at 53 Raglan Lane, Ballsbridge, was sold at auction for £400,000 through Lisney.
Meanwhile, 13 Anglesea Road, a four-bedroom semi, was withdrawn by Sherry FitzGerald, which is quoting £700,000.
Lisney achieved a very strong price of £465,000 for a two-bedroom apartment at 6 Merrion Village. Gunne sold a two-bedroom apartment at 52 Ballsbridge Wood prior to auction for £290,000 plus. Herriott Estates secured £764,000 at auction for 26 Nutley Avenue, Ballsbridge, a detached five-bedroom house.
In Sandymount, 135 Strand Road, was withdrawn at £380,000 by Bennetts, which sold it later for over £400,000.
Also in Sandymount, the same agent sold 27 Leahy's Terrace, a two-bedroom mid-terraced house, at auction for £224,000.
At 2 Claremont Park, a four bedroom semi made £467,000 through Sherry FitzGerald. A three-bedroom townhouse at 17 St John's Park, Park Avenue, Sandymount, made £361,000 through Druker Fanning.
Dublin 6 and 8
In Rathmines, 19 Cambridge Road, a semi-detached period house. was sold after auction for over £300,000 by Sherry FitzGerald.
A three-bedroom townhouse at 19 Orwell Gardens was sold prior to auction for around £195,000 by Ross McParland.
Sherry FitzGerald sold 98 Bushy Park Road, Terenure, a four-bedroom semi-detached house, after auction for over the withdrawal figure of £500,000. Also in Terenure, a four-bedroom house at 54 Hannaville Park was sold after auction for £288,000 by Sherry FitzGerald.
In Dublin 8, 31 Sandford Avenue, South Circular Road, a three bedroom house, made £190,000 through Douglas Newman Good.
South Dublin
In Killiney, Glenmalure, a fivebedroom period house with terraced gardens on Saintbury Avenue, made £731,000 through Jackson-Stops McCabe. The property had been guided at £650,000. Also in Killiney, Sacre Coeur, a four-bedroom detached house on Killiney Road, was withdrawn by Sherry FitzGerald, which is quoting £365,000. A four-bedroom detached bungalow at 6 Ullardmor, Ardeevin Road, Dalkey, made £500,000 through Lisney. Elsewhere in Dalkey, a five-bedroom semi, Ilnacullin, on Barnhill Road, was sold prior to auction for close to the guide price of £320,000 by Jackson Stops McCabe.
A five-bedroom house on 1.3 acres, The Croft, at Parcnasilla, Shankill, made £670,000 through Jackson-Stops McCabe. The guide price was £460,000. In Cabinteely, 58 Shrewsbury Lawn, a detached four-bedroom dormer bungalow, was withdrawn at £300,000 by Gunne.
A four-bedroom period house at 20 Corrig Avenue, Dun Laoghaire, was sold prior to auction for around £600,000 through Brian Dwyer & Partners. In Glenageary, 61 Hillcourt Road, a four-bedroom semi, was withdrawn by Hamilton Osborne King which is quoting £255,000.
A four-bedroom semi-detached house, at 15 Richmond Avenue, Monkstown, made £350,000 through Gunne. Elsewhere in Monkstown, a four-bedroom semi at 24 Monkstown Road made £310,000 through Hamilton Osborne King.
A four-bedroom semi-detached house at 4 Glenomena Grove, Blackrock, made £282,000 through Lisney. A two-bedroom cottage at 5 Grange Terrace, Blackrock, was sold after auction for over the guide price of £165,000 by Sherry FitzGerald.
Also in Blackrock, 82 Avoca Park, a three-bedroom bungalow, was withdrawn at £310,000 and sold later for a higher price through Lisney.
A four-bedroom semi-detached bungalow at 155 Upper Kilmacud Road, Stillorgan, was withdrawn by Hamilton Osborne King, which is quoting £240,000.
In Mount Merrion, 46 Callery Road, a five-bedroom detached house, was withdrawn and is under negotiation through Douglas Newman Good.

In Rathfarnham, Dublin 14, a 17th century house in need of modernisation, Riversdale, on Ballyboden Road, made £1.53 million through Hamilton Osborne King.
Also in Rathfarnham, Whiteholme, a detached four-bedroom house at 8 Woodside Drive, made £775,000 through Sherry FitzGerald. In Dublin 16, a detached fivebedroom house at 19 Ardglas, on Sandyford Road, made £322,000 through Hamilton Osborne King.
North Dublin
In Malahide, 6 Windsor Terrace, a two-storey over garden level five-bedroom period house, was withdrawn at £800,000 and sold later for around £1 million through Lisney.
A four-bedroom detached bungalow, Greenlands, at 10a Station Road, Sutton, Dublin 13, made £388,000 by Sherry FitzGerald.
A two-bedroom house on a large site at 101 Howth Road, Howth, was sold at auction for a strong price of £600,000 through Sherry FitzGerald. The agents had been guiding £250,000 prior to auction. A detached four-bedroom bungalow, Santa Rosa, on Grey's Lane, Howth was withdrawn by Hamilton Osborne King, which is quoting £455,000.
Also in Howth, Gunne is seeking £370,000 for Cill Mhuire, a three-bedroom bungalow on Thormanby Road, following its withdrawal from auction.
In Clontarf, Dublin 3, 33 Dollymount Avenue, a four-bedroom house, made £430,000 through Gunne. At 35 Castle Grove, Clontarf, a four-bedroom semi made £335,000 through GWD.
Elsewhere in Clontarf, 65 Conquer Hill Road, a three-bedroom end of terrace house, made £142,000 through Hamilton Osborne King.
In Glasnevin, a three-bedroom semi-detached house at 200 Botanic Avenue was withdrawn from auction by Kilbride Auctioneers.
Number 194 Botanic Avenue, a three-bedroom mid-terraced house, was sold at auction for £173,000 through Mason Estates.
A three-bedroom semi-detached house at 44 Old Finglas Road, Glasnevin, was withdrawn by Sherry FitzGerald, which is quoting £275,000.
Meanwhile, a three-bedroom semi-detached house at 36 Cremore Road, Glasnevin, made £252,500 by Sherry FitzGerald.
A three-storey four-bedroom Georgian house at 12 Royal Canal Terrace, Phibsboro Road, Dublin 7, was withdrawn by Douglas Newman Good, which is quoting £350,000.
Off the Navan Road, in Dublin 7, 53 Skreen Road, a four-bedroom semi-detached house, was sold after auction for £250,000 by Christies.
In Ashtown, St Anne's, on the Navan Road, a three-bedroom semi-detached house, was sold at auction for £233,000 by Sherry FitzGerald.
Wicklow
In Greystones, 319 Redford Park, a detached two-bedroom bungalow, was sold at auction for £170,600 through Terry Halpenny. In Newtownmountkennedy, Aghadoe, a four-bedroom bungalow on 1.25 acres, was withdrawn by Sherry FitzGerald, which is quoting £425,000.
A three-bedroom detached house, Hillbrook, Ballywaltrim Lane, Kilcroney, made £450,000 through Jackson-Stops McCabe.
Clarke Auctioneers in Ashford had two recent auctions in Rathdrum: a two-bedroom mid-terraced house at 7 Brewery Place sold for £59,000, while a detached cottage in need of modernisation at Balleece was withdrawn at £72,000 and sold later for a higher price.

IN Kilkenny, Prospect Park, a six bedroom Victorian house on 28 acres at Foulkestown, made £970,000 by FitzGerald Auctioneers.
In Wexford, a four-bedroom detached house on five acres at Adamstown was withdrawn at £130,000 by Warren Estates, which is quoting £160,000.
Ferris O'Reilly fetched £325,000 at auction for Dachett Cottage, a four-bedroom bungalow on 0.33 acres on Sallins Road, Naas, Co Kildare.
A four-bedroom bungalow on 0.5 acres at 5 Ashleigh Grove, Maynooth was withdrawn by Coonan.
Also in Co Kildare, a derelict cottage on nearly half an acre at Mainham, Clane, was sold at auction for £89,000 through Reilly & Associates.
In Co Meath, a four-bedroom bungalow at Baltinoran, Kinnegad, was withdrawn at £550,000 and is under negotiation through Eddie King.
A six-bedroom period property on 12 acres, Correen Castle, at Oldtown, Athlone, Co Westmeath, was withdrawn at £320,000 and is under negotiation through McNally Handy & Partners.
In Dundalk, Co Louth, a four bedroom bungalow on 0.75 acres at Cavan Hill Road was withdrawn at £230,000 and is under negotiation through by Carroll Estates.
In Co Mayo, Sunnyside Lodge, at Rosmailey, a four-bedroom bungalow on an acre, was sold at auction for £290,000 by Brian Tuohy.

One of Kinsale's best-known hotels, The Blue Haven, has been sold prior to auction by Gunne for over £3 million. Winner of the 1996 Ireland Hotel of the Year, it has 17 en suite bedrooms and a 100-seat restaurant, as well as a wine shop and delicatessen.
In Dublin, The Hill public house, at 1/2 Old Mount Pleasant Avenue, Ranelagh, was sold atauction for £2.2 million by John Younge.
A 4,000 sq ft site, with residential zoning, at 74 & 75 Fitzwilliam Lane, Dublin 2, was withdrawn by Donal O'Buachalla, which sold it later for in the region of £1 million.
A site with planning permission for a house at 97 Anglesea Road, Donnybrook, was sold at auction for £460,000 through the Ross McParland agency.
At 13 High Street, Dublin 8, O'Looneys bar, Christchurch, was sold at auction for £835,000 by Gunne.
A 710 sq ft site at 87 Thomas Street was sold at auction for £150,000 by Druker Fanning & Partners.
Also in Dublin 8, The Village Inn public house, on Tyrconnell Road, was withdrawn by John Younge.
In Co Meath, a shop premises at Unit 16, Navan Shopping Centre, was sold at auction for £565,000 through Raymond Potterton.
Also in Co Meath, a 8.9-acre site with planning permission for 75 houses, on Commons Road, Navan, was sold prior to auction for over £1 million by Sherry FitzGerald.
In Athy, Co Kildare, The Abbey, a three-acre town centre site with an 18-room period house, was sold at auction for £1,075,000 by Lisney.
Brophy Farrell sold an eight acre development site at Kildare Road, Rathangan, after auction for over £700,000. It has outline planning permission for 15 houses.
In Co Tipperary, Barne Lodge, at Barne, Clonmel, a residential public house, was sold at auction for £670,000 through Gunne.
A five-bedroom commercial property, The Square, Ballymore Eustace, was withdrawn and sold later by Andrew J. Nolan.
Also in Ballymore Eustace, the same agent withdrew a shop and filling station at Horsepasstown, Poulaphouca, at £250,000, and it is under negotiation.
In Co Leitrim, a 1.3-acre development site, with planning permission for 10 houses, at Circular Road, Carrick-on-Shannon, was withdrawn at £260,000 and sold later for a higher price through William Farrell & Sons.
In last week's Property Supplement it was reported that that detached period house at 86 Sandford Road fetched £1.2 million at auction. In fact, it was sold for £1.29 million under the hammer.
