Co Meath/from €255,000: Three and four-bedroom houses go on sale at Inse Bay, Laytown, Co Meath this weekend through the Hooke & MacDonald agency. This is the final phase of this scheme by Woodgreen Builders and showhouses are on view.

Prices start at €255,000 for three-bedroom townhouses and semi-detached houses, which offer 101 sq m (1,090 sq ft) of living space. Four-bedroom houses of 127 sq m (1,365 sq ft) cost from €330,000.

With a rail service a mile from the village and the upgraded M1 close by, Laytown has become a popular choice for first-time buyers commuting to the city. A good number of standard features are included at Inse Bay.

Carpets are provided throughout, with floor tiling laid in kitchens and bathrooms. Wardrobes are also supplied and bedrooms are a good size. The larger houses will have their own front driveways and lawns, while all houses have a back garden, which comes levelled and seeded.
