ESB expects to make £600,000-plus on site

The ESB expects to secure in excess of £600,000 for a two-acre development site at Clonsilla Road near Blanchardstown, Dublin 15. Sherry FitzGerald is to auction the property on Februry 5th. The site, which has extensive frontage on to Clonsilla Road, comes with 5,500 sq ft of office accommodation and 2,600 sq ft of prefabricated offices. The land is zoned for commercial use under the development plan.
