DID for Lucan Retail Park

DID Electric is to open a new outlet at Lucan Retail Park on the busy Lucan by-pass in west Dublin. The company will be paying around £9 a square foot for a unit of 6,200 square feet under a 25-year lease with no break options. Woodies is the anchor tenant in the complex, which is held as an investment by New Ireland Assurance. Joint agents Lisney and Costello Commercial are in talks to lease the final unit of 6,200 square feet.
