So far, the uptake at Burgage Manor has mainly been from buyers working on the southern reaches of the city, according to Gunne's Naas office, which is handling sales.

Located on the edge of the village on the road to Baltinglass, the development is attractively positioned in a wooded area.

Houses in the earlier phase front a landscaped green area at the entrance to the development. The site is arranged in a series of cul-de-sacs, with open-plan front gardens. Frontages are either all- brick or brick and render.

The four-bedroom semis from £205,000 (260,300) have a large opened-out living cum diningroom, with a sunroom extension at the dining end.
