Spain golf development: Free 10-year golf membership on a par 72 18-hole course is being offered to anyone who buys a property in Bonmont Costa Daurada, a five-star golf development an hour's drive south of Barcelona.
The properties, being sold off plans here by DNG International, are a mix of apartments, semi-detached homes, detached villas and plots. Prices range from €296,800 to €347,600 for two and three-bedroom apartments; €437, 300 for three-bedroom houses; €337,000 to €420,000 for two-bedroom ground floor apartments and €710,000 to €722,700 for three and four-bedroom villas. Units come with parking spaces, and some have swimming pools.
Plots will cost from €300,000 to €430,000 and developers have a number of villa designs for buyers to choose the house they will build.
In all, there will be around 1,400 units built on the approximately 352-acre development. The development was started a number of years ago and some units are already occupied.
