RushAnyone looking for a new home at a reasonable price in a stunning coastline setting will be attracted to Tayleur's Point in Rush, Co Dublin.

The first phase of the scheme sold out within one day and agents Sherry FitzGerald New Homes is taking bookings for the next tranche of homes that have clear views over Dublin bay.

The coastal setting has been a huge selling point and the agents expect a similar response this weekend when they release a further 25 homes ranging in price from €265,000 to €520,000.

First-time buyers and those couples trading up were among the early buyers last April for a mixture of two, three and four-bedroom homes.
