CLERYS department store has paid a premium of around £156,000 for the leasehold interest in a retail warehouse at Leopardstown Retail Park in Stillorgan, Co Dublin. Druker Fanning handled the sale of the 12,000-square-foot unit, which had, been occupied by Carpet and Bedding Home Ltd until it went into voluntary liquidation. Clerys will be paying a rent of over £100,000 per annum for the unit, which adjoins Woodies, The Petshop and Compustore.
