A new zone A rent level of £110 (140) per sq ft has been set in Galway with the letting of a remodelled shop on William Street to Champion Sports. The multiple will be paying a rent of £270,000 (342,829) per annum for the shop which has 2,400 sq ft at street level, 2,700 sq ft on the first floor and a store of 2,600 sq ft. Champion is moving into the former Hills shoe store from a smaller shop on Shop Street.
