UK chemists Boots are to open their second Irish store at The Square in Tallaght, Co Dublin. Boots are already fitting out their first outlet of 16,000 square feet at Jervis Street Shopping Centre, which is to open on 1st November. Boots are taking 8,500 square feet in the new extension to The Square, which is already 90 per cent pre-let.
Quinnsworth is leasing 11,500 square feet, Argos is to rent 10,500 square feet and Virgin is to occupy 5,340 square feet. Champion Sports, Sports Division, Japan and Pet Stop will make up the tenant list in the additional 54,900 square feet to be completed this autumn.
