A well-located site in the centre of Balbriggan, Co Dublin, with full planning permission for an intensive £25 million (€31.74m) mixed scheme is expected to make around £5 million (€6.35m) when it is sold at tender through Cumisky Auctioneers.
The scheme will include 92 townhouses, duxplex units and apartments, a five-screen cinema, bar and restaurant, 7,000 sq ft of offices, 5,700 sq ft of retail units, a creche and 156 car-parking spaces. The 1.66-acre site forms part of Fingal County Council's Integrated Area Plan, which provides tax allowances for residential and commercial development.
