Atlantic Homecare continues to spread its wings with the latest store planned for Letterkenny Retail Park in Co Donegal. The company will be paying a staggered rent of between £8 and £10 per sq ft during the first five years for the 31,000 sq ft unit.

All but one of the seven units in the park are now committed. German discount retailer Lidl paid around £1.35 million (1.71m) for a site of just over one acre for their 13,000 sq ft supermarket. Harry Corry, and Stauntons Inter-Sport will each be paying rents of £14 per sq ft for buildings of 4,800 sq ft while Toymaster will be paying £16 per sq ft for 6,600 sq ft. The letting agent was Hamilton Osborne King.
