Fairview: from €280,000: A new northside Dublin apartment scheme within walking distance of the city launches from plans today at Sherry FitzGerald New Homes's Donnybrook offices.
Riverview is off Richmond Road in Fairview, Dublin 3. This is a small development, with a total of 34 one and two-bedroom apartments and three-bedroom penthouses.
Prices are keen considering the location. One-beds of 49sqm (527sq ft) start at €280,000. Two-bedroom units of 64-93sq m (690-1,001sq ft) cost from €320,000.
The penthouses have three bedrooms, spread over 103-139sq m (1,109-1,496sq ft), and cost from €540,000. A parking space costs an extra €20,000.
Riverview will be laid out in two blocks, Weir House, which overlooks the River Tolka, and Brook House, which looks onto the road.
Richmond Road is undergoing a transformation just now, as small businesses on ideal infill sites are sold on for housing development.
The specification promises to be high, with extensive wall and floor tiling, custom-designed kitchens and good quality bathroom ware. Fitted wardrobes will also be a standard feature and painted internal doors will come with satin chrome handles.
Completions are scheduled from January 2006 onwards.
