Apartments at Marbella start from £66,25

Overlooking the Mediterranean on the southern Spanish coast, a new development of beach-front apartments just minutes from Marbella will be launched in Dublin this weekend.

Prices at the Mi Capricho complex start from £66,250 with a choice of one, two and three-bedroom apartments. Selling agents Hamilton Osborne King will exhibit this development at the Westbury Hotel, Grafton Street, tomorrow and Saturday. Beach-front apartment developments at reasonable prices are becoming rare on this stretch of the Spanish coast. This development will be particularly attractive to the Irish market as a rental investment, in addition to a holiday/beach apartment.

Prices start from £66,250 for a one-bedroom apartment, ranging from 590 sq ft to 1,129 sq ft. All of the properties have a private balcony and terrace/garden area. Two-bedroom apartments ranging in size from 860 sq ft to 1,076 sq ft are priced from £97,550. Three-bedroom and penthouse properties are priced from £120,900 to £298,000. The penthouses have a roof garden and a terrace.

There are a total of 191 apartments in the complex made up of 131 two-bedroom apartments, with the remainder divided between one-bedroom, three-bedroom and penthouse suites.

Two of the blocks face onto the Mediterranean directly, while the remaining two blocks overlook a swimming-pool area. A sea view can be enjoyed from all of the balcony/terrace areas. The interior layout is similar for all the apartments. There is a large sitting and dining area with direct access to the terrace. The main double bedroom with bathroom also boasts access to the terrace. The majority of the apartments have two bathrooms and both double and single bedrooms. Kitchens are fully equipped and have a small private balcony.

The Mi Capricho complex is situated in Mijas Costa, just outside Marbella and 15 minutes by car to Puerto Banus.
