ABBEY plc is to sell another of its commercial investments in Dublin - the Trinity Street multi-storey car-park and shops, which are let on a long term lease. Joint agents Jones Lang LaSalle and Agar Estate Agents are seeking offers over £8.5 million for the complex, which is producing a combined rent of £516,500. Two businessmen hold a single lease on the building for 35 years from 1994. About 1,700 sq ft of offices is sub-let, along with 5,000 sq ft of retail space at street level.
