Location: site at Coolock Lane, Oscar Traynor Road, Dublin 5 and 9. The site is bound by Coolock Lane to the north, by Lorcan Crescent and Lorcan Park to the south, by Lorcan Avenue, Castletimon Gardens, Castletimon Road, the "Astro Park" sports grounds to the east and by the M1 to the west. Proposed development: 715 residential units (128 one-beds, 371 two-beds, 195 three-beds and 21 four-beds), 12,974.4sq m (139,655sq ft) of commercial space, and 1,820sq m (19,590sq ft) of community-related uses. New public park of 39,410sq m (424,205sq ft) and two public plazas. Buildings from two to four storeys adjacent to the southern and eastern site boundaries, and from one to six storeys at the northern and north-eastern site boundaries adjacent to Coolock Lane, and from five to seven storeys at the northern and north-western site boundaries adjacent to Coolock Lane and the M1. Location: site of 1.04 hectares bounded to the north-west by Chapelizod Hill Road, to the north-east by a cul-de-sac residential laneway, by "Convent Lawns" residential development to the south and to the west by private residences on Chapelizod Hill Road, on lands occupied by Faulkner Industries Ltd and Beann, Chapelizod Hill Road, Dublin 20. Proposed development: 127 residential units (13 one-beds, 91 two-beds, 19 three-beds and four three-bed mews dwellings), one retail unit and crèche. FINGAL

Location: Rush and Lusk Railway Station (protected structure), Lusk, Fingal, Co Dublin. Proposed development: remove station footbridge, timber post supporting the south-west corner of the "up" (east) platform canopy, and the glazed timber screen between the ticket hall and the platform. Remove window in the platform wall of the waiting room, and demolish the wall below the window opening, internal walls and partitions. New footbridge with accessibility-compliant stairs and lifts.
