£700,000-plus for mews office at Pembroke Place

A chance to buy an own-door office in Dublin city centre for less than £1 million should be available at a Lisney auction on February 28th. Caleb Kyle of the agency is quoting in excess of £700,000 for the two-storey mews building at 7 Pembroke Place, off Upper Pembroke Street, Dublin 2, which is 1,590 sq ft. Although zoned for residential purposes, the building has an established commercial use.
