£625,000 quoted for office block beside IFSC

LISNEY is quoting £625,000 for a three-year-old office block opposite the International Financial Services Centre. The block at 50 City Quay, Dublin 2, is producing £55,000 per annum. The four-storey building has 4,580 square feet, which is occupied on a 35-year lease by Title Media Ltd, a new national sports newspaper. The block is finished to a high specification and has a lift. The building is a few hundred yards from the 27-acre Bord Gais Eireann site, which is to be redeveloped under plans being prepared for the Dublin Docklands Development Authority.
